Brief 3 - The Shape

Above - no detailing yet. Shelves were remade after the boxes were added because they did not fit neatly enough. The shelves were built for the tea boxes. There are gaps around the tea boxes on the shelves but if it were reality this would be true too because otherwise they would be difficult to take off the shelf for the consumer to purchase or look at them.

The stacking of the boxes was thought out to show each of the advantages the packaging has to offer. One side on the box shows just the logo and the colour used to define the tea type (this is the top of the box) The boxes are able to be sat next to each other to have a continuing pattern flow across them. The boxes work at a 45 degree angle of rotation too which can be seen above on the two middle shelves.

Above - floor plan so far. Large empty space as you walk in through the door will have a round display stand/counter. Above this or coming up from it I intend to have a model above to grab your attention  e.g. teapot pouring tea out into a cup (realistically this could be resin coloured to look like tea or could be loose tea)

Issues encountered:

First shelf creation was not the right size for the tea boxes.
First shelf was not all the same thickness for the shelf parts. Some faces were missing too.
Was difficult to apply texture to the shelves, kept clicking on the wrong object.

Issues Solved:

Solved these issues by making a new shelf and having the correctly sized tea boxes stacked to help guide the correct sizing.
named the layers in Blender like I would in photoshop.
